Surgeon dr. Stefan Gonschior denied that the operation he carried out was botchedPhoto credit: Champion News
The surgeon Dr. Stefan Gonschior had promised her “the perfect little nose”, she said in court.
But she said the operation permanently “clogged” her and “kept her nose running,” which means she quit her job at the front desk.
Ms. Castelloe, of Beckenham, Kent, also said she was now speaking in a nasal voice, adding that her septum was damaged.
But dr. Gonschior said, “I can 100 percent deny it. I performed the operation and I know what I’m doing. “
A London High Court judge ruled that the doctor had done nothing wrong and dismissed the lawsuit.
